Everything was great our butler Jose was fantastic and always went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met. Room service was awesome, and all facilities and access to them were great.

OMG This Hotel is so beautiful and the infrastructure is just stunning. It's an oasis after a long day of travel. The pool was great, the A/C was wonderful. Amenities were handy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They make a new year party so beautiful with a lot seafoods also they baked a whole pig which was so delicious. The buffet was just marvelous and cocktails just delicious. The front desk manager gave us an upgraded room, which we really appreciated it. The room was so beautiful with jacuzzi and bathroom so clean. The hotel cleanliness was impressive. I will coming back soon with families and friends.

I loved the staff, the people were very friendly, attentive and pro active on any request we had. The staff showed lots of patience and never seem to stop amazing us with their service. Our personal butler Jose Ignacio was a 5 star individual. Not one request that wasn't satisfied by Jose. He even got my wife a homemade chicken soup, after a long day of drinking. Jose would send us the menu, communicate effectively and make dinner reservations for us. Please request him, he got you!! And last but not least our new friend Leo Martinez. Wow, my guy was great! Very humble and hard worker too!

I loved the different restaurants and outlets to acquire food. My room was fabulous the beds were so comfortable. Room service was prompt. I really liked the entertainment the hotel had, the different shows was great, we really enjoyed our stay. Our butler Ronni was awesome and attending to everything we needed, even the slightest little thing.

We stayed a few weeks after Hurricane "Ian" and the resort was in almost perfect condition...This Adults only resort very romantic and our overall "all inclusive" experience I would definitely recommend. The restaurant food options were very well done always a different choice each night. Drinks were great and all services available excellent. I would definitely return to this resort.
